Hailing from Albion in Brisbane's northside, Fonzie Abbott Coffee originated in 2011 in a search for the perfect coffee bean. St Jude's is currently pouring Fonzie Abbott's signature blend, HIGHSIDE, roasted and hand packed in Albion.
Origins of Indonesia & Central South American, HIGHSIDE, has rich chocolates balanced by a sweet, fruity and vibrant body with a slight spice in the tail. Beans also available for purchase.
Rob Davidson has had a passion for wine for as long as he can remember so when the opportunity arose to by a run down vineyard located in Ballandean in the heart of the Granite Belt, there was no second-guessing.
With over 40 years in the food and hospitality industry, Rob has a remarkable talent of creating a beautiful relationship between food and wine. After successfully opening St Jude's Bistro in April 2019, Rob met local awarding winning Wine Maker, Andy Williams and the magic of 4382 Terroir was born.
Together they have created a delicious variety of stunning wines available for tasting and purchase at St Jude's.
